Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Prepare and deliver fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations xwzovoh
About you
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
Experience working in high-volume catering environments
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Passion for fresh food and excellent customer service
Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
