This information will be passed to you and your goal is to ring all of these queries and sell the service into the customer to close the deal. We're looking for people who are tenacious, who have a background in sales and someone who can build relationships with potential customers over the phone quickly. You will not be hunting leads, this is a consultative, warm sales role working for one of the largest companies in the world! Duties To input Sea, Courier, Air and Road shipments to destinations worldwide Inputting client information onto our Management System Filing inventories/ customs forms electronically and checking scan quality Ensuring clients have completed the correct forms and adhered to restrictions for the relevant customs authority To obtain payment for shipments Working to sales targets To maintain storage files and obtain payment To maintain control of all unshipped consignments and move to storage as required Issuing invoices to customer Liaise with clients re Invoice dispute and provide resolutions Maintain confidentiality at all times Any other ad hoc duties where time permits and as required Answering calls from external and internal customers within 5 rings Liaising with courier companies, destination shipping agents, and our warehouse and export teams to ensure the shipping process runs smoothly Do you want to be part of it?
