Workday Analyst/Consultant

Synapri are looking to speak with Workday Analyst/Consultant looking for their next contract. This is a role coming onboard and supporting the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our clients Workday HCM & Recruitment platform. This position is a Workday Analyst/Consultant position looking for someone to come in and support the delivery of the Workday platform across HCM, Procurement, Recruitment, Integrations, Security, and Reporting. Key responsibilities include: • Workday platform support, configuration, enhancements, and release management • Managing Workday integrations, reporting, security, and business process optimisation • Coordinating Agile delivery activities, working in sprints and working closely with stakeholders • Supporting Workday roadmap development and end-to-end project delivery • Providing guidance to HR, Finance, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle 💰Rate: DOE 📌Location: Remote with occasional trips to the office (UK) ⏰Duration: Initially until end of March 2027 Skills required: * 5+ years of experience specialising with Workday * Ideally at least two Workday certifications (HCM, Reporting, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Financials, etc.) * Experience working with the Workday Recruitment Module * Strong experience in security (roles, permissions etc) * Experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM * Strong involvement working on multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations * Comfortable with stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience This is an excellent opportunity to influence the ongoing evolution of a critical enterprise platform while working within a collaborative business.
