Cnc Miller Programmer Setter Operator

CNC Miller Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire Pay: £18.00 – £23.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Following successful hires into the team, TEC Partners are continuing to support an established precision engineering business in Abingdon as they add further CNC Millers to their machining team. We're looking for experienced CNC Millers who can program, set and operate, working on high-precision components across aerospace, nuclear, medical, semiconductor and scientific applications. The Role * Program, set and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines * Work from engineering drawings * Produce high-precision components to tight tolerances * Carry out your own inspection using measuring equipment * Create tooling and machine setup documentation * Work with modern CNC machinery in a well-organised machine shop What We're Looking For * CNC milling programming, setting and operating experience * Experience with 3, 4 or 5-axis machining * Heidenhain controls experience highly desirable * Fanuc experience beneficial * Experience with Doosan, Matsuura or Mazak machinery advantageous * Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection * A quality-focused, right-first-time approach This is a great opportunity to join a growing machining team where we've already successfully placed CNC Engineers, with further investment and growth creating additional opportunities.
