The Opportunity
The business is now looking for commercial lawyer to join its highly business facing legal team. In this role, you will review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply and distribution, warehousing and logistics as well as tech and digital, marketing and IP.
About You
A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business. Additional experience in data privacy and tech and / or digital would be useful. The ability to work with multiple teams in a global business and liaise with creative minds is also key, as is the ability to establish effective working relationships across the global business. xwzovoh
