This role offers the chance to further develop your expertise within a collaborative and commercially focused environment. You will work with a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, and business owners, managing your own varied caseload while delivering practical and strategic legal advice. The successful candidate will also play a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the department. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters Providing clear, client-focused advice to a diverse range of clients Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships Collaborating with colleagues across teams and offices Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate Contributing to continuous improvement within the department Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status A minimum of 5 years' PQE within Commercial Property Strong technical knowledge and a solutions-focused approach Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner About the Team You will join a commercially focused department supporting businesses and developers across the region.
