We are seeking a Head of Design to lead the creative direction and design development of our RTW collections. This is a pivotal role for a forward‑thinking creative leader ready to define the next chapter of a globally respected label.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end creative process of the Women’s RTW collections – from concept to runway.
• Translate brand DNA into contemporary, aspirational, and commercially successful collections.
• Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
• Partner closely with merchandising, production, marketing, and executive leadership to align creative vision with business goals.
• Stay attuned to global fashion trends, cultural movements, and emerging materials and techniques.

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years’ experience in luxury women’s RTW design, with a strong portfolio and recent leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, couture finishing, and fabric innovation.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑impact seasonal collections with strong commercial and editorial appeal.
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a refined eye for silhouette, proportion, and colour.
• Confident communicator with strong team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
