Oxford, UK (On-site / Hybrid) 📅 Contract / Freelance About the Role I am seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to support a major data centre project. This freelance role will focus on delivering mechanical packages across design, install, and commissioning phases. Key Responsibilities * Lead mechanical delivery across design, install & commissioning * Manage subcontractors and site teams * Review drawings and ensure compliance with standards * Oversee HVAC, cooling and piping systems installation * Support commissioning, testing, and handover * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on-site Requirements * Proven experience as a Lead Mechanical Engineer on data centres (essential) * Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services systems * Experience in freelance/contract roles * Background in commissioning and project delivery * Strong stakeholder and team management skills Also please share with your network
