Job Description Professional Negligence Partner Location: London Level: Partner Salary: On application The Role /n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Professional Negligence Partner to join a successful and ambitious team in London. /n This is a strategic lateral hire for a Partner with a strong track record in professional negligence, professional indemnity and insurance litigation, who is looking for an opportunity to further develop their practice and play a key role in the continued growth of the team. /n The successful candidate will act for leading insurer clients on a varied portfolio of complex professional liability matters, with a particular focus on claims involving solicitors, financial advisers, insurance brokers and other professionals. /n The role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality and commercially significant matters while developing and strengthening existing client relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. The Candidate /n The firm is seeking an established Partner with a strong reputation and proven track record in professional negligence and/or professional indemnity litigation. /n The successful candidate will ideally have: /n /n /n - A strong and established practice in professional negligence, professional indemnity and/or insurance litigation /n - Significant experience acting for insurers and professional clients /n - A proven track record of handling complex and high-value professional liability claims /n - Strong relationships with insurer clients, brokers and/or professionals /n - A demonstrable track record in business development and client relationship management /n - Excellent technical and commercial skills /n - The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and ambitious team /n - A genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice /n /n /n This is an excellent opportunity for an established Partner looking to join a forward-thinking team where they can build on their existing practice, strengthen client relationships and play a significant role in the future growth of the professional negligence offering. /n eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
