This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial operations, lead a small team, and work closely with senior management to support business performance and growth.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, manage a multi-site finance team, and play a key role in reporting, budgeting, compliance, and process improvement.

The Role Lead and develop a finance team across multiple sites; Produce monthly management accounts and annual budgets; Manage cashflow, banking, payroll, and VAT reporting; Support audit processes and statutory compliance; Drive finance process improvements and reporting.

The Person Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience; Previous finance leadership experience; Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge; Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills; Willingness to travel periodically between sites. xwzovoh
