Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate payroll records, prepare general ledger journals, and ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
System Management: Keep our HR and payroll systems perfectly synced with new hires, leavers, and salary adjustments.

About You

Payroll Experience: Proven experience working as a Payroll Assistant, Officer, or Administrator.
Eager to Learn: A genuine interest in learning global payroll, specifically US payroll frameworks.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and a strong commitment to data confidentiality.

What's in it for You?

True Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home 2 or 3 days a week, with a collaborative office space for the rest.
