Senior Estimator (Facades)Construction > EstimatingSalary75000 - 85000 per annum + Plus PackageTypePermanentLocation(s)LondonMy client are a well established building envelope subcontractor that has been trading for well over 30 years, working on various packages ranging from 4million to 20million in value.Tier 1&2 contractors as well as leading developers is typically their route to market, working on commercial office, residential, mixed use, public and private sector contracts.Duties and responsibilities include:Preparing detailed cost estimates across various different facade packagesDeep understanding of materials, labour and manufacturing processes to ensure accurate and competitive project bidsCollaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to gather necessary informationPrepare and submit detailed and competitive bid proposalsIdentify potential risks and mitigate them through detailed analysisAttend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather and verify project informationProvide technical support and clarifications during the project bidding processDepending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to a pay up to 85k for right person.If you're interested in this position, please send your CV to , or please call on
