Part 1 Architectural Assistant – 2 Month Contract Birmingham Up to £30,000 Aztrum are proud to be working with an established architectural practice based in Birmingham who are looking to appoint a Part 1 Architectural Assistant on an initial 2-month contract. The initial role will focus on site-based observation studies, giving the successful candidate valuable on-site experience and a strong understanding of construction processes. Following the initial 2 months, there is potential for the position to become permanent, with the successful candidate transitioning into a traditional architectural role and gaining broader exposure across the practice. Key Responsibilities for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role: • Carry out observation studies and site-based assessments • Attend project sites and record observations accurately • Assist with documenting site progress and project information • Develop an understanding of construction processes and site activities • Work alongside the wider architectural team and support project requirements • Following the initial contract, contribute to traditional architectural projects across multiple RIBA stages Key Requirements for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role: • Part 1 qualified Architectural Assistant • Previous experience within a UK architectural practice desirable • Strong interest in traditional architecture and design • Good understanding of architectural principles and construction processes • Strong observational and analytical skills • Good communication and organisational abilities • Ability to work confidently on site and as part of a wider team If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please contact Harley at , or alternatively on (phone number removed) for more information
