If you’re confident developing and validating analytical methods in a regulated environment — and enjoy mentoring others — this could be the ideal next step. The Role You will play a key role within the analytical development team, responsible for: * Leading and overseeing the workload of Development Scientists * Developing and validating analytical methods to client and regulatory standards * Preparing study protocols, technical reports, and work instructions * Supporting sampling and testing plans to meet study requirements * Acting as the analytical SME during client interactions and project updates * Ensuring full regulatory compliance and adherence to the Quality Management System * Mentoring and supporting team members through performance reviews and development planning About You We’re looking for someone who brings: * A degree in Chemistry or a related life science * 5+ years’ experience in a regulated analytical laboratory * Proven expertise in method development * Previous team leadership experience * Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * GxP experience Technical Skills * Proficiency in HPLC, GC, MS, and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) * Strong documentation and reporting skills If you’re an experienced Method Development Scientist looking for a role with autonomy, technical challenge, and genuine progression opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
