Head of Group Reporting

A FTSE listed business is looking to recruit an ACA (or equivalent) qualified candidate to join its business.Reporting into the Group Finance Director this is a senior role in finance. Running a team, main duties include:Production of the Group IFRS annual and half yearly listed financial statements/annual reportLead the year and external audit process and half year external review processOversee the production and filing of the subsidiary statutory accounts for UK and international entitiesOwn the Group cashflow forecasting process, providing insight and analysis on liquidity, capital allocation and capital structureAct as the Group’s primary technical accounting authorityYou will be ACA qualified (or equivalent) with experience working in a listed business in a similar role.This is a broad role with a chance to get involved in projects in a well known business which continues to do well.
