Youll act as a trusted advisor to your clients
- helping them achieve real results from their campaigns while identifying opportunities to grow their investment and your commission.
What youll be doing Manage a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and revenue growth Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a full range of digital marketing solutions Deliver regular account reviews, turning performance data into clear, actionable recommendations Build strong, long-term client relationships and become their go-to digital expert Develop and execute account growth plans to maximise customer value Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM systems What youll bring Experience in sales or account management with a track record of achieving targets Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach Digital marketing knowledge is desirable xwzovoh but not essential Why join?
