About the role

As a Field Service Administrator / Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of JBT Marel’s field service operations. You will coordinate and oversee a range of administrative activities, ensuring service requests, schedules, documentation, time reporting, expenses, and customer invoicing are processed accurately and on time.Working closely with Field Service Engineers, Service Management, customers, and internal teams, you will help ensure a seamless service experience from initial request through to completion. You will also act as an informal point of support for less experienced colleagues, helping to resolve more complex administrative queries and sharing best practices.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate and manage administrative activities supporting field service operations, ensuring requests and tasks are completed accurately and on timeMaintain field service schedules, assignments, and resource availabilityProcess time reporting, expense claims, customer invoicing, and cost-allocation correctionsPrepare and distribute visit documentation, service reports, and performance informationCommunicate with customers and Field Service Engineers to confirm appointments, manage enquiries, and resolve scheduling issuesProvide administrative support and guidance to junior coordinators and administrative colleaguesWork closely with Service Management and internal teams to ensure efficient and coordinated service deliveryMaintain accurate records and documentation in relevant service, CRM, and ERP systemsFollow established procedures and support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve field service administration, processes, and service qualitySupport training and development activities for field service administrative teamsProvide additional administrative support to Field Service Management as requiredAbout YouYou are an organised, proactive, and service-minded professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
