Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC and manual grinding machines to produce components to tight tolerances. - Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding equipment. - Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards. - Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.
