We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Systems to lead and optimise HR technology solutions within a multi site Leisure/Retail Business. This role is based in Derbyshire and requires expertise in managing HR systems (pinned around Workday) to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness. 2 days in the office and 3 from home. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business goals. Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, improvements, and data management. Analyse HR data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain system security standards. Lead the training and development of HR and wider teams on system functionalities.
