If the answer is YES, then you are the person we are looking for. Our well respected client is now looking for an experienced Care Home Manager. As a the Care Home Manager you will have: * Previous experience in a similar position of managing a small Residential Home (40 beds) or maybe you want to step down to a smaller home. * Previous experience of improving working practices in the home * Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach * NVQ level 4 or 5 * Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential * Experience with an elderly care is a must If you are interested in this position as a Care Home Manager in Oundle please get in touch.
