Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the lesson plans provided. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment. Provide assistance to students where needed and ensure the continuity of their learning. Communicate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition back to regular classroom routines. Uphold the school's safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.Requirements: Previous experience working in a school environment (as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar) is preferred. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students. Adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
