Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: North West London (NW2) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits Are you a Production Supervisor with experience leading teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Engineering & Manufacturing Business in North West London, where you will play a key role in leading shop floor operations and driving team performance. The Production Supervisor Role As a Production Supervisor, you will take responsibility for day-to-day shop floor operations across a mixed manual and automated production and assembly environment, ensuring performance across safety, quality, delivery and productivity. You will be leading teams within a site of around 30-35 employees, working across machining, assembly and support functions while supporting operational stability and improvement.
