Are you a passionate and experienced café professional ready to lead a premium, coffee-focused outlet? We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-driven Cafe Manager to head up our coffee-led café, offering exceptional barista-crafted drinks and a carefully curated artisan food menu.

About the Role:

You'll be the face of the café, ensuring consistency, creativity, and community in everything from the morning flat whites to the lunchtime sourdough toasties.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operation of a high-standard café with a focus on exceptional specialty coffee and fresh, artisan-style food
Deliver a consistent, premium experience to a professional clientele in a busy office environment
Ensure operational excellence including stock control, compliance, and bookwork.
Liaise with on-site reception team and leadership to meet evolving corporate needs
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Build strong relationships with clients and customers, gathering feedback to enhance service.

About You:
Barista trained with hands-on experience managing a high-volume, specialty coffee environment
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and leading from the front
Able to thrive in a professional, fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm and friendly energy
