This role involves operating plant machinery on infrastructure projects where safe excavation practices and working around live services are essential. Digs and transport provide if away from home. Key Responsibilities * Operating excavators and other plant machinery safely and efficiently * Working around live underground services * Trenching, ducting, drainage and general groundworks * Carrying out safe digging in line with EUSR standards * Using CAT & Genny equipment to locate services * Completing daily plant checks and defect reports * Complying fully with site RAMS and H&S procedures Essential Requirements * Valid CPCS Card (Blue preferred) * EUSR Safe Dig – Categories 1 & 2 * EUSR CAT & Genny certification * Proven experience on civil engineering / utilities projects * Strong understanding of working around buried services * Full PPE Provided Pay & Benefits * £210 per shift (CIS) DOE * Ongoing work( 2yrs for right men) * Professional site management * Opportunity for further projects
