As a Room Service Waiter you are responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure. xwzovoh

What will I be doing?

Preparing orders
Setting tables and trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards
Delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner
Ensuring excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure
Recording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receipt
Collecting payment for room service orders from guests upon delivery of food and beverages
Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
Cleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role
Effective management skills
Negotiation and influencing skills
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good grooming standards

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience within the hospitality industry
