Description: Care Manager – Domiciliary Care Canterbury & Dover £38,000 – £40,000 per annum We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join our growing domiciliary care team covering Canterbury and Dover.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a well-established service.The RoleWorking closely alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in:- Supporting the overall management of the domiciliary care service- Ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained- Supervising and supporting care staff- Assisting with care planning, reviews, and risk assessments- Helping to grow and develop the service- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, families, and professionals Requirements- Previous experience within domiciliary care- Experience in a supervisory or management role- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care- Full UK driving licence preferredWhat We Offer- Competitive salary of £38,000 – £40,000- Supportive management team- Career progression opportunities- Opportunity to make a real difference within the communityIf you are a dedicated care professional ready for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you
