Temp to perm Sales Administrator

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a successful global manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration and order coordination, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure a first-class service. THE ROLE You will be responsible for: * Handling customer and supplier enquiries via telephone and email. * Processing orders, quotations and sales enquiries. * Managing customer queries and complaints professionally. * Building strong customer and supplier relationships. * Updating customers on order progress and liaising with Production. * Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation. * Supporting Production Planning with relevant paperwork. * Coordinating meetings, visits and appointments. * Providing general administrative support and contributing to a positive customer experience. THE PERSON We're looking for someone with: * 2+ years' experience in sales administration. * Ideally experience of working in either the manufacturing or logistics industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisation and attention to detail. * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. * CRM experience. * A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work well under pressure. * A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
