Stores Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Stores Operative, for our Aston Clinton based client, to join their busy and friendly team.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach are key. Working closely with the Stores Supervisor, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the stores and yard areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocating stock to jobs and company vehicles
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
Conducting stock takes and monitoring re-order levels
Raising Purchase Orders to maintain stock availability
Assisting with collections and returns
Moving products safely throughout the stores, workshops, and yard areas
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and tidyWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience working within a stores, warehouse, or stock control environment
Experience using stock control systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and safety-conscious approach to workDesirable Qualifications:

Forklift Licence
