Open to varying levels from Associate to Director level. You’ll support major infrastructure projects such as wind farms, solar farms and transport infrastructure.This role is based from Cardiff but they are open to UK Wide applications at Director level, someone who can establish a new office location from scratch.Key responsibilities could include…Oversee technical input on Environmental Impact AssessmentsLead on project management ensuring efficient and timely deliveryDevelop the technical capability of staff including mentoring and line managementRepresent the company externally, lead client meetings and develop businessCommunicate effectively internally and externallyEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory processesLead on bidding and tenderingImplement health and safety processesWhat you'll need to succeedChartered with CIWEM, IEMA or ICE (ideally)Proven experience in leading Environmental Impact AssessmentsA degree in an environmental or related subjectBusiness development experience including maintaining existing relationships and winning new clientsExperience and confidence to lead a teamWhat you'll get in return55,000 - 80,000 depending on levelEmployee-owned business, tax-free bonuses to all staff and operate a separate performance-related bonus scheme40.5 day holiday allowance (plus option to buy or sell annual leave)Opportunity to work in other specialismsPension scheme, 5%employer matched, rising 1% each year to a maximum of 10%A share options scheme (principal consultant grade and above with a minimum of three years’ service)Cycle to Work schemeMedicash health plan1 day annually for volunteeringFlexible working hours systemCareer progression is clear for all staffWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
