Job ID: 1744Salary: 60,000-65,000 + PackageLocation: Mill Hill, LondonRegion: LondonWe are currently recruiting for a large residential developer who are looking for a site manager to look after 2 RC Frame blocks of flats and traditional build houses on large residential project for a large residential development in Mill Hill.The project is a fast track fit out and is a high pressure project supervising all of the internals, you should have experience of working for large developers and understand drawings and be able to communicate any design issues. This is a role reporting into the Project manager with a finishing manager under you.You should have skilled CSCS as well as SMSTS and a checkable work history.The position is temp to perm so you will start on contract to start with on a day rate of 250 per day.To apply please forward your CV through this advert.
