About the role:
As an IT Apprentice, you will support the IT Operations Manager and wider IT team in maintaining and developing the College's IT systems, networks and user support services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies while providing first-line support to students, academic staff and College employees. The role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of the College's academic and administrative computing facilities.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to students, Fellows and staff

Assist with diagnosing, maintaining, upgrading and replacing hardware and software

Monitor and record the performance and behaviour of IT systems
