This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-end, Brasserie-style staff dining environment where food quality, consistency, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality are at the centre of everything we do.

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across staff dining, meeting and event hospitality, and front-of-house catering services.

What you'll be doing:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Deliver high-quality, seasonal food with strong attention to detail and presentation
Maintain consistency across all hospitality and dining services
Assist with menu development and daily food preparation
Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
Lead, motivate, and support junior team members
Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service
Adapt to varying business needs and hospitality demands with a positive and flexible attitude

What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within high-end hospitality, fine dining, premium corporate dining, or members' club environments
Passionate about food, service, and guest experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Calm and professional under pressure
Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
A genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences
