Customer Coordinator

Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for the brand, ensuring customers receive the highest levels of care and service at all times. THERE WILL BE NIGHT SHIFT REQUIREMENTS SO YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK VARYING SHIFTS You will: * Monitor and track customer complaints, ensuring that each complaint is properly investigated. * Address inquiries, providing information, answering inbound and outbound calls and resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Effectively communicate with the customer, various team, transport companies, suppliers, etc. * Oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery. * Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customer orders, A competitve salary is on offer plus the opportunity to work with an exciting and growing brand
