Role Purpose:
As a Bid Coordinator you will provide administrative, document management, and coordination support to the Growth team. Your work will ensure compliance with procedures and timely submission of high-quality proposals, aiding our Heads of Growth to focus on strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting pre-qualification questionnaires, RFIs, and tender documents.
- Track bid opportunities and maintain bid calendars and response libraries.
- Manage version control and ensure consistency across bid documents.
- Proofread and edit bid responses for accuracy and compliance.
- Support Heads of Growth with administrative tasks related to new business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for proposal inputs and maintain effective communication.
- Update bid management systems and support post-bid reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written English, formatting, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within bids, proposals, marketing, or projects.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement processes is advantageous but not essential.
