The Role Teaching English across Years 711 26 hours per week, including Head of Department responsibilities Working within a small, supportive team Contributing to a positive ethos and nurturing learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A degree in a related subject PGCE or recognised teaching qualification GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years teaching experience Strong classroom management and communication skills A genuine passion for education and pupil development Desirable: ECT qualified The school is also willing to invest in and support applicants wishing to undertake the ECT programme.
