Hours: Full & Part time hours considered (to cover a 24-hour service, expected 12-hour shifts across days and nights.)
What is the role?
As a registered nurse, youll be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing high-quality palliative and end-of-life care, supporting patients and families with compassion, skill and empathy.
Youll deliver care through:
Evidence-based clinical care and symptom management
Holistic, person-centred care for patients and families
Working collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team including social workers, spiritual care, physios
Supporting patients with dignity throughout their end-of-life journey
Previous hospice or palliative care experience isn't essential. If you're an experienced Registered Nurse with compassion and a willingness to learn, we'll provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing specialist development.
