Senior Project Manager – Façade Refurbishment Manchester Up to £90k + Car/Allowance + Pension + Healthcare Leading Main Contractor – Building Safety & Refurbishment Opportunity Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering complex façade, cladding or occupied residential refurbishment projects? This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a significant 82-week cladding refurbishment programme across three occupied 13-storey residential buildings in Manchester. Starting in October 2026, the project involves the complete removal and replacement of façade rock panels and render, together with the associated manufacture, supply, installation, distribution and testing requirements. As Senior Project Manager – Façade Refurbishment, you will operate as the Project Lead, reporting to a visiting Operations Manager and taking responsibility for the project from mobilisation through to successful completion. This Senior Project Manager position gives you genuine autonomy while surrounding you with an experienced delivery team. Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager – Façade Refurbishment, you will: Take overall responsibility for programme, quality, safety and project delivery. Lead and coordinate the specialist façade supply chain. Manage works across three fully occupied high-rise residential buildings. Maintain strong communication with residents, the customer and project stakeholders. Coordinate internal and external design, technical, commercial and operational teams. Work closely with a full-time Senior Site Manager and Site Manager. Coordinate support from the QS, Technical Manager, Digital Manager, Planner and Customer Care Coordinator. Manage external works while maintaining safe access and egress for residents. Drive programme performance and resolve delivery challenges before they impact key milestones. Ensure façade installation and testing meet the required specifications and building safety standards.
