We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly business based at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, on an initial 8-week temporary assignment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is available to start a temporary role at short notice.

The role:

* Providing a high standard of customer service via telephone and email

* Responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently

* Processing and updating information accurately on internal systems

* Supporting with general administration and data entry

* Liaising with colleagues across the business to resolve customer queries

* Maintaining accurate customer records

* Providing wider administrative support to the team as required

About you:

We are looking for someone who:

* Has previous customer service and/or administration experience

* Is confident speaking with customers over the telephone

* Has good written communication skills

* Is comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office

* Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Can work effectively in a busy, team-focused environment

* Is available for an 8-week temporary assignment
