A busy dealership in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
This is a customer-focused role where youll be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle check-in through to handover, ensuring excellent service throughout.
Youll liaise closely with the workshop and parts departments, keep customers updated on vehicle progress, and manage additional work approvals and invoicing.
Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience is essential for this role.
Requirements: Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience REQUIRED Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong administration and organisational ability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Proactive and professional approach Full UK driving licence Benefits: £35,000 OTE with bonus scheme Birthday day off Pension scheme and life assurance Employee Assistance Programme Staff discounts Cycle to work and eyecare schemes Career progression and ongoing development opportunities Apply now for more information.
