Our Legal 500 client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor and Associate Solicitor to join its Band 1 Chambers and Tier 1 Legal 500 Commercial Property team. This role is ideal for a technically strong solicitor with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues and business development. You'll work with a broad client base across the UK, including developers, investors, major corporates, public bodies, schools, retailers, landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs.

• Landlord and tenant work

• Sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property

Requirements for this Commercial Real Estate Solicitor role:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience of Commercial Real Estate
• Adopts a client-centred focus at all times
• A commercial and pragmatic attitude
• Confident with the ability to interface and develop relationships with a variety of people
