A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its established Birmingham team. \This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value real estate disputes for a diverse client base that includes corporate occupiers, developers, public sector bodies, and governmental organisations. You will play a key role in advising on a broad range of contentious property matters, working closely with colleagues across real estate, planning, and projects teams. \The Property Litigation team advises on the full spectrum of commercial real estate disputes, acting for major corporate clients and public bodies across a range of sectors. The Birmingham office forms part of a wider national practice, offering access to major projects and cross-office collaboration while maintaining a strong regional presence. \Managing a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and service charge disputes. \Acting for public bodies and governmental organisations on property-related claims and strategic land issues. \Handling matters through litigation, mediation, arbitration, and other forms of ADR. \Providing strategic, risk-based advice to corporate and public sector clients. \Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in property litigation. \Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial real estate disputes. \Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills. \High-quality, complex property litigation work within a national platform. \Clear progression opportunities within a growing and well-regarded team. \Competitive salary and benefits package. \Flexible and hybrid working arrangements. \
