About the role
Legal & General (L&G) is a leading UK financial services group with a long history in pension risk transfer and retirement solutions. We seek a Transitions Director to lead complex onboarding for Defined Benefit schemes, working with Trustees, Sponsors and Advisers in a highly visible, client-facing role.
The hybrid role combines home and office collaboration across the UK, demanding deep DB pensions knowledge, implementational experience and the ability to drive superior client outcomes.
