SEN - Sen Teaching Assistant

I'm currently supporting a specialist education setting in Witham that is looking to welcome a dedicated Teaching Assistant to their team.

The role involves working closely with students who require additional support, helping them overcome barriers to learning while encouraging personal growth, confidence, and independence.

• Support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assist with learning activities and classroom engagement
• Encourage positive relationships and behaviour
• Help students develop key social and life skills
• Work as part of a supportive and experienced staff team

What We're Looking For

• A caring and resilient individual
• A passion for supporting children and young people
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience within SEN, care, youth work, or similar settings is advantageous

What's on Offer?

Full-time position (32.5 hours per week)

ASAP start

£14.24 per hour

Monday to Friday schedule

Temp-to-perm pathway after 12 weeks
