International Tax Director (In-House)

We are supporting an establsihed FS group looking to make a new hire. This role is full advisory focused. The role will cover international tax advisory, transaction work, financing/capitalisation and. more technical tax support.

The role would suit an individual at the SM/AD or Director level, looking for a move in-house. Or, someone currently in-house looking for a change.

This role reports into the Group Head of and, you will join a genuinely lovely group of tax professionals!

The role will cover:

• International Tax Advisory - Looking at tax risk, opportunties and providing technical advice on matters like Pillar II.
• Capital Structuring - Financing and capital structuring.
• Working with internal and external advisors - including Big 4 and Law firm advisors.

What we are looking for:

• Experience within FS or multinational envrionment. We'd also consisder those currently in Big 4 or Law firms.
• Strong international tax experience.
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge.
