Job requirementsAre you a commercially minded Tax Manager who thrives in fast paced environments?Do you enjoy operating as a true business partner — influencing decisions, shaping governance, and owning tax across an evolving, international organisation?If so, this is the opportunity to step into a lean, ambitious in house function where your role will have key impact.As our Tax Manager, reporting to our Deputy CFO you will lead our tax agenda across the UK and internationally.You will manage compliance, shape tax strategy, and work closely with Finance, Legal, HR and Commercial teams to ensure tax is embedded in every core activity.This is a hybrid role aligned with our London offices (minimum 3 days in office).You will be hands on across:• Corporation tax compliance and reporting• VAT, IPT and payroll tax oversight• Tax accounting under FRS 102• Transfer pricing, intercompany and cross border matters• US compliance (outsourced)• Tax governance, HMRC engagement & risk management• Supporting M&A, restructurings and commercial deals• Process improvement, systems, and tax technology• Training teams and elevating tax awareness across the businessYou will also act as our trusted adviser internally and manage relationships with top-tier external tax advisers.If this sounds like your ideal next step, here is what we’re looking for:ACA/ACCA/CTA (or equivalent)4–8 years’ corporate tax experienceExperience in a PE‑backed, fast‑growth, financial services or professional services environmentStrong UK tax technical grounding and comfort owning issues end‑to‑endExperience with tax accounting, indirect taxes and (ideally) transfer pricingPragmatic, commercially minded judgementConfidence influencing non‑tax stakeholdersA proactive, hands‑on, solutions‑focused approachPlease apply with your CV as soon as possible.How to applyIf you are interested in this role, then we’d love to hear from you.
