Qualifications

Requirements

Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:

A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mind

Able to work with and analyse data to draw meaningful conclusions

A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information

Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge

Comfortable working in a team

At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
