Director, EMEA Performance & Reward Strategy

MUFG is seeking a Director for its EMEA Performance & Reward Advisory team based in London. This role will lead strategic transformation initiatives, contributing to the global evolution of reward frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global Reward Advisory within highly regulated financial services, particularly banking.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with Executive Management on remuneration strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations. A degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
