EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed Term Contract)

Part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center Early Career team; responsible for sourcing candidates for open positions across different businesses in the EMEA region.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

1. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
2. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high‑touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high‑quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
3. End‑to‑end management of the recruiting full cycle including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, onboarding process, etc.
4. Work across country and business unit leaders as well as local operation teams to understand relevant local best practices and develop standard operation procedures (SOP) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
2. 2+ years in‑house or agency full‑cycle recruiting experience.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
4. A self‑starter who is result‑oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Hi‑tech industry experience will be a plus.
2. Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
