Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager

Birmingham (Hybrid)

£60,000-£65,000

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

We're partnering with a leading UK consumer services organisation as they continue to strengthen and develop their Talent function. They're now looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager to lead a team of recruiters, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality talent solutions and support future growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building high-performing teams, partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy. With a focus on leadership, capability and talent delivery, the role is far less centred on day-to-day recruitment activity and more focused on driving performance through others.

The Role

You'll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs, ensuring the Talent function is equipped to deliver against organisational priorities. Leading a team of recruiters, you'll provide guidance, direction and support while continuously improving processes, stakeholder engagement and hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Oversee recruitment delivery across multiple business areas, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Use data, insights and market intelligence to support decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives alongside HR and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Champion an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and service levels.

More About You

  • Experience leading or mentoring recruiters within an in-house, RPO or agency environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • Experience driving recruitment performance through a team rather than solely managing your own vacancies.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practice and recruitment delivery.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. xwzovoh
  • Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
