Employment Solicitor NQ-6 PQE

Job Description Your new company /n This well-established Lancashire law firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality employment law advice to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. /n Your new role /n You will handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising employers and individuals on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE. The role will involve client contact, advocacy at Employment Tribunals where appropriate, and working alongside experienced senior lawyers on more complex matters. /n What you'll need to succeed /n You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with between NQ and 6 years' PQE and experience in employment law. Applicants should be confident managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering practical legal advice.
